Mahyar hadighi
Mahyar Hadighi is an architect, historic preservationist, educator, and a researcher. He is an assistant professor of architecture and director of Historic Preservation and Design program at Texas Tech University. Mahyar studied, researched, practiced and taught both in Iran and in the United States. He received his Ph.D. in architecture from Penn State, his master’s degree in historic preservation planning from Cornell University and his professional master of architecture from Azad University of Tehran. As an architect and a historic preservationist, Mahyar concentrates on modernism through his work of documenting local adaptation of modern architecture and analyzing them by using computational design methodologies.
